Aloo Bhindi

My easy breezy aloo bhindi, no onion, no garlic, no tomato!
Just oil in a pan, add jeera, turmeric, chilli powder and salt, turn the gas to sim and add aloo(potatoes) and bhindi (okra) Cook on medium flame and then on slow with lid on. Ready in about 7-9 mins :) 
Perfect with roti for dinner.




Added fresh coriander, lots of it more like a vegetable than garnish and a splash of lemon juice (I added juice from 1 lemon, it makes it nice n zingy)
