My previous post was all about the perfect morning on a rainy day.
Inspired by this recipe I made our Sunday morning special.
Thavala Vadai

The sabudana in this lentil vada made it nice and crispy.
It was just perfect for a rainy Sunday morning with hot cups of coffee and tea!
