I had never tasted or heard of a healthy rava idli. The only rava idli I was aware was the ones available in restaurants (read not made the traditional way with urad dal and rice)
But when I saw this post from Rak's Kitchen and the pictures....I was salivating.
Tried it and really loved it, Anand loves it too.
The best part it has oats in it, in a savoury way, just the way we Indians like it :)
Its extremely easy to make and with a little preparation beforehand we have a sumptuous filling and tasty breakfast. I have added carrots and planning to make it next time with peas as well.
