Vegetable Roll

Let' enjoy a super easy "assembled" lunch idea. We have it for dinner too at times with some soup.
The pictures will tell you how its done. Its that simple. Njoy!!!



Finely sliced red onions


Heated my roti/ Indian flat bread on a tava till crisp on both sides

Saute some marinated aubergines and bell peppers in olive oil.
Marinated these in tandoori masala, salt & curd.

Fresh cucumber, tomato & raw mango salsa

Chick pea/ Chole Curry


Now lets assemble. Spread the chole/ chickpea curry onto the Roti/ Indian flat bread. Toss some sliced onions on top.

Now add the saute'd vegetables

Crumble some home made paneer/ Indian cottage cheese

 Now add the salsa

Roll it up & hold together with a tooth pick! Take a bite noW!
